The Cyber Defense Professional Certificate program at UCF offers live, virtual classroom sessions, as well as in-person classes, led by by expert instructors.

Yes. Our Cyber Defense Professional Certificate program is provided on a virtual platform where learners participate in live classroom and Q&A sessions, virtual simulation labs, and more.

Do I need an undergraduate degree or other prerequisite experience to be eligible to apply?
There are no certifications or prerequisites required to enroll in the Cyber Defense Professional Certificate Program at UCF. We welcome all professional backgrounds.

How many credit hours is each program? Can I apply credits from these programs to a degree I'm currently pursuing?
Our Cyber Defense Professional Certificate Program is 400 in-class hours, including the 30-hour Introductory Course.
Credits from this program cannot be applied to other degree programs.

How much is tuition?
Tuition is $17,800 for the Cyber Defense Professional program, not including the $180 for the Introductory Course.
